The project was founded under the winemaking direction of Hugo D’Acosta, one of the most influential figures in modern Mexican wine. His vision established the foundation from the very beginning: a winery built on quality, authenticity, and a genuine relationship with the land.
Today, our winemaker, Trini Jiménez, who holds a Ph.D. in Viticulture and Enology, continues that vision with an approach that allows each wine to speak for itself.
